Job Title: HR Recruiter in Vietnam

We are currently seeking an experienced HR recruiter to join our team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting foreign teachers and professional to work in China.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments with potential candidates
- Recommend suitable candidates to clients based on their needs and requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in recruitment, headhunting or HR-related fields is preferred
