Good morning fellow Sarawakians!

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact towards the mental health of individuals all over the world, including Malaysia.

During trying times like this, we should care for and support each other - be aware of family members and people around us, and seek professional help if you notice someone who is displaying signs of depression.

We can also help through effective communication with the depressed individual by showing more empathy and less judgmental behaviour.
