The first COVID-19 positive case involving the Delta variant h | Dr Sim Kui Hian
The first COVID-19 positive case involving the Delta variant has been detected in Sarawak, from a 56-year-old man returned to Sarawak (Import B), according to Institute of Health and Community Medicine (IHCM) of the Unimas.
With whatever policies and “inconvenience” measures that we have to protect Sarawak, it gives us time to prepare our resources (hospital & ICU beds, vaccinationns etc), to have a head start.
We need the understanding and cooperation of every Sarawakian both in Sarawak and outside Sarawak to protect Sarawak’s border and people of Sarawak from emerging variants.
