With 330 food stalls and 90 exhibitions stalls, it will take a few nights to go around.
Very inspiring to hear from some of the young entrepreneurs - some trying out their new food creations before to market it or not, others to share their culinary skills to residents in Kuching once a year, others are normally online but take the opportunity of the crowds in Kuching festival to increase the reach.
Is not only the most number of stalls, also increase in many Malay stalls, who are doing very well as they have new customers especially the Chinese crowds.
Will need a few more nites in the remaining 18 nites for me to walk around all the stalls to hear the inspiration of the stall holders. Hope to see you soon.
