Thanks for the extraordinary efforts beyond the normal municipal services for the last 4 years of Crisis - Rabies from 2017, COVID19 from 2020.
Very challenging servicing 75,000 houses from rural, semi urban and urban with very different needs.
Income from assessment taxes amounted ~$20 million but cost of providing services to the residents ~$45 million in 2021. Fortunately able to get assistance from Sarawak Gov financial grants as otherwise will not able to provide such a standard of services.

感谢市议会在近4年极具挑战时期（2017年起出现狂犬病及2020年爆发冠病疫情）积极提供卓越服务，甚至在超出市议会服务范围情况下，仍展现非凡努力及服务精神。
更何况，巴达旺市议会辖区7万5000户住宅遍布乡区、半郊区及城市，各有不同需求及挑战。2021年门牌税收入约2000万令吉，不过市议会全年开销约4500万令吉，幸运的是，砂拉越政府有能力资助，确保市议会持续提供完善服务。
