岗位需求: 1. At least 3~5 years working experience in market management, familiar with Indian gaming market is preferred.
2.Familiar with the rules and processes of each advertising platform, delivery mode and channel characteristics, interested in emerging channel traffic.
3. Rich Internet channel resources and cooperation experience.
4. Excellent business promotion ability and team management ability, fast learning and iterative ability, pressure ability, result-oriented.
5. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and adaptability.
6. Have a good command of English, overseas experience is preferred

岗位职责: 1. Responsible for online effect channels and brand advertising, responsible for product brand exposure and word-of-mouth dissemination as well as user growth goals.
2.Responsible for budget formulation, allocation, implementation and management, responsible for promotion purposes and results, improve ROI.
3. Cooperate with data analyst to analyze data, adjust delivery strategy, improve delivery efficiency, optimize customer acquisition cost, and control customer quality.
4. Formulate the work norms, rules and regulations of the team, and provide training and guidance to the team.
5. Pay attention to the trends of the market, media and industry, and adjust the launch strategy.
6. Work closely with operational, product and technical teams to find the improvement of user scale and conversion rate and promote implementation to support the promotion of large-scale events."
