* responsible for due diligence, deal execution and post-deal portfolio management

* In collaboration with various operating groups, facilitate the formulation and development of company’s strategy

* active involvement in various strategic projects

* Qualifications:

1. bachelor’s degree or above
2. 8-12 years of experience in investment banking/private equity
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
