Job DescriptionBe responsible to monitor and coordinate IT service projects
Liaise with customers, work partners and in-house creative and technical team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery
Handle operational practices such as customer relationships, project schedule and resource allocation
Provide sales administrative support with documentations and materials
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned
RequirementsDegree holder with 3 years working experience preferably in IT sector
Good written, reading and speaking in Chinese(Cantonese) and English are must
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines in a systematic and organised manner
A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Willing to learn domain knowledge related to the company business and adapt for workplace of IT industry
Pro-active and passionate in IT service industry
Willing to develop a long term career in the IT industry and willing to learn new technologies
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
Bonus PointsRelevant experience in education institutions and/or non-profit making organisations is highly preferred;
Knowledge in Information Technology, Web Content Management System or Digital Marketing is definitely an advantage;
Immediately available is preferred.
