香港浸會大學學生會第五十六屆幹事會內閣「滄溟」剛在四月就任，惟浸大昨日就向傳媒發布聲明，指「幹事會在網上平台發布的資料，部份對過去事件的描述，出現誇大、缺乏事實根據及偏頗的情況，並不符合社會的標準和價值觀」，故禁止相關幹事參與「大學一切委員會及學生組織之管理工作」，即時生效至下年年八月三十一日。如此，根據《香港浸會大學學生會會章》，幹事會將會被迫自動解散。

不過，所謂的「誇大、缺乏事實根據及偏頗」網上資料內容，公眾暫時就無從得知；內閣「滄溟」補充指，「仍未收到投訴信之副本，故從未查閱過投訴之具體內容」，亦「沒有參與整個聆訊過程的權利，校方也沒有給予作出公開澄清或回應的機會」，故內閣成員會向校方提出上訴。

翻查「滄溟」的社交媒體，其四月二日的就任宣言就指「近年八大學生會都面臨前所未有嘅打壓」，而且，「當壓迫從未停止或減弱，我閣當選後亦絲毫未敢怠慢，上任只係一個開始。縱使政治環境惡劣，我閣決不虛作無聲。身處逆境，更應自強。不平則鳴，大學學生會有社會責任，學生會唔為公義發聲就有如行屍走肉，失去咗其關懷社稷嘅精神」。

不知道，以上哪些價值，不乎合校方的「社會標準」？

這陣子要到法庭旁聽與支持，因教會圈的一位兄弟，事隔三年，終於正式被控告開審。這是一條有四十多年歷史的罪項，也是近年普遍到不得了的控罪，不說還以為是甚麼違法泊車、違法過馬路等日常罪行。是的，每日的法庭新聞都接近相同，十人案件，九人定罪，判處三、五年不等。你身在現場，又似乎沒有其他可辯解的合法目的，就很大可能被推論為「有罪」。同案有超過一半人，開審前已經「乖乖」認罪。唉，這是整代人要共同面對的重壓。

旁聽，成了那幾天的日程。雖有言法治已經大不如前，但在法庭中的每位，都似在努力告訴大家，法治仍在。

在法庭上，所有人士進來，都要起立向法官大人敬禮；旁聽的，在保安員監視下，不能任意玩弄手機、高聲傾談、休息或看書，需要專心坐好，聆聽漫長的審訊。當律師團隊的，要穿上整齊全套的黑色西裝，戴上代表身份地位的米白色假髮；當法官的，說話要精準，程序要做足，每個案情細節，都要仔細而客觀地查問，務求中肯了解事實發生的過程。當證人的，如果是信徒，要肅然手按聖經起誓，以表所言全部屬實。有證人作證時，數次表達現場人士為「暴徒」，法官即時提醒並嚴斥證人注意用詞，並指「暴徒」一詞是帶有政治色彩，作供時應使用「示威者」一詞。

一切都看似公正、客觀、謹慎、神聖、公義。

後來成為了捷克總統的戲劇作家哈維爾，在其一九七八年的著作《無權力者的力量》中，就這樣描寫當時親蘇聯的捷克斯洛伐克政府及其制度：「大部份情況下，刑事訴訟的一般規則均得到了遵守；被捕者在規定期限內受到起訴，拘留者亦是如此。起訴程序循規蹈矩，被告亦有律師等等。也就是說，每個人都有理由；他們都依法行事。可是事實上，他們卻殘暴無端地毀滅了一位青年的生命。」

捷克斯洛伐克當然不是香港；香港當然不是捷克斯洛伐克。現在當個牧者、當個青年工作者，你不是專門服務「邊緣青年」也好，上法庭也變成了生活之日常，總有機會要去。面對這條充滿歷史感的罪名，還是準備好為妙：盡早求診牙醫、配上牆內指定的膠眼鏡、聽聽過來人的經驗教學。香港人很好，走過這些場所，所有人都很熱心幫忙，都忘記了開舖的緣由是賺錢。讓你知道，人情還是暖。
