【醫管局一再恐嚇同事】
本會陸續收到會員求助，指所屬聯網人力資源部透過部門主管，要求會員就個別日子解釋罷工原因；本會亦收到消息指，各聯網人力資源部向部門主管再三施壓，要求他們答覆及確認個別員工的出勤記錄。
本會強烈警告醫管局勿再恐嚇個別員工，矮化工會及工業行動，並促請當局遵守「尊重員工參與工會權利」之承諾。
如會員收到同類「滋擾」，請按以下範本回覆：
本人於早前的回覆已清楚說明本人已授權並委派醫管局員工陣線（下稱工會）為本人處理及回應所有與罷工相關的事宜。

In respect of all matters relevant to the strike, I clearly stated in my previous reply that I have duly authorised and instructed the Hospital Authority Employees Alliance (HAEA) to handle and respond on my behalf.
