获得奖章的条件是场次所有参加特工充电总和大于 5 万，且解码成功、提交自拍（数人头）
个人数据开始时间建议不要早于下午 2 点，结束时间不要晚于下午 4 点

建议 2 点先交一次表格，4 点之后用编辑功能交结束时刻的数据
