柬埔寨亚航预计将于2023年底开始运营

Capital A公司 旗下亚航航空集团有限公司 (AAAGL) ，将与Sivilai亚洲合作，在金边成立一家新的廉价航空公司——柬埔寨亚航。

Capital A在文告中指出，集团总执行长丹斯里东尼费南德斯今日与Sivilai亚洲董事维索南在金边签署了协议。

东尼表示，Capital A继续专注于成为最强大的东盟品牌。“柬埔寨是公司熟悉的市场，而且我们拥有深厚的基础设施。”

首9个月净利相当于2021财政年净利的95%

归功多项视频监测设施开始贡献，将于12月13日上市的ITMAX系统（ITMAX,5309,主板科技组）截至2022年9月30日第三季净利走高78.14%至3070万令吉，前期净赚1730万令吉。

该公司首9个月净利从2192万1000令吉增长26.60%至2775万3000令吉，相当于2021财政年净利的95%，这归功新订单开始贡献。

能取得上述表现归功团队的创意能力，上市后将增加内部研发拨款，进一步开发公共空间网络系统。

SC为QES集团 开绿灯 股票将从 ACE Market 转移到Main Market

QES集团有限公司已获得证券委员会（SC）的批准，将其股票从ACE市场转移到马来西亚交易所的主市场上市。

这家位于Shah Alam的自动测试设备制造商在周三（12月7日）向证券交易所提交的文件中这样说。

在截至2022年9月30日的9个月里，QES的净利润从一年前的1457万令吉上升到2096万令吉，与分销和制造部门产生的更高收入和更好的毛利润同步。

该公司首席策略员刘骐英解释，最新电动车充电和移动解决方案瞄准3个市场，既公寓、商业区和工业去及高速公路，将为伙伴提供设计与打造、科技附加服务和绿色能源管理如太阳能发电并储存。

该公司也将与能源与油气公司如国家石油公司（Petronas）、 国家能源（TENAGA,5347,主板公用事业组）、蚬壳（Shell），汽车制造和销售商如森那美(SIME,4197,主板消费产品服务组)、宝马（BMW）和特斯拉（Tesla），及硬件公司施耐德电器（Schneider Electric）和ABB集团等3大类公司合作。

Axiata 合并后的现金将用于降低债务，加强其资产负债表

Axiata 在新闻稿中指出，随著 Celcom 和 Digi 完成合并，该公司分别获得数码网络 (Digi Telecommunications) 及挪威电信集团（亚洲) (Telenor ASA) 支付25亿令吉及3亿令吉。

在合并过程中获得的大部份现金将用于降低债务，加强其资产负债表。而剩馀的资金则派发特别股息回馈股东。

Axiata 今日宣布派发每股4仙特别股息。

2030 年 Genting Malaysia 将持有Empire 股权 76.3%

云顶大马宣布以1亿美元（约4亿3850万令吉）向大股东建发实业III有限公司，收购美国帝国度假村（Empire）1510股F系列可转换优先股。

根据云顶大马文告，加上于2020年3月所购买的G系列优先股，及2021年3月和10月购买的L系列优先股，一共投资了6亿2440万美元（约27亿2600万令吉）在帝国度假村。假设该公司在2030财政年，将全数帝国度假村优先股转换为普通股，持股权将达76.3%。

云顶大马认为，最新优先股的投资，可以让该公司透过帝国度假村增长，并巩固纽约州博彩市场的地位。
