I don’t like analyze the characteristics of a strong stock but I’ll more prefer to analyze the ECONOMIC MOAT of a STRONG BUSINESS. (So you can know that I’m a big fan of Warren Buffett).
What is an economic moat?
An economics moat is an entity that has durable competitive advantages over its competitors to protect its market share and profitability for a long-term period. A company always needs to build the deepest and widest moat to protect itself against its competitors. A distinct competitive advantage has allowed the company to have higher pricing power and more long-term profit.
