股东批准脱售LSSPI SCGM每股特别派息2.21令吉
SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业股）宣布，已获得股东批准，以5亿4438万令吉脱售李顺成塑胶工业有限公司（LSSPI），并将派发每股2.21令吉股息给股东。
SCGM周一发文告指，脱售所得的5亿4438万令吉，在扣除1880万令吉的物业转让费用、8402万令吉收购新业务或未来24个月的营运资金，以及1600万令吉的脱售费用后，剩余的4亿2556万令吉将分配给SCGM股东。
公司表示，将以每股1.85令吉特别股息方式发放给股东，除权日待定。
