This brew achieves the easy drinkability of a wheat beer, but is hefty enough for you to brave the harsh coldness of northern China. Our white stout based on the classic cream ale, blended with selected spicy and fragrant Ethiopian Yegarcheffe coffee beans which are frequently reviewed and rated as some of the highest quality Arabica coffees in the world. Moreover, the beans were roasted by Audun Sørbotten - the winner of the World Coffee Roasting Championship!

Noteblind, our white stout in a shining, malty body, distinctively flavored from coffee beans of first-grade origins, Straightforwardly drinkable!


这款非黑记 白世涛是一个系列，陆续会与不同的咖啡豆品牌合作。
首发的这一款来头不小，用的是自烘焙家提供的、世界冠军厂Testi的耶加雪菲生豆，再由挪威世界冠军烘焙师Audun Sørbotten烘焙，冠军咖啡豆+冠军烘焙师+冠军酒厂，无疑是一款“三料”世界冠军之作！
相比于常见的黑色世涛来讲，它几乎不呈现焦糖香气与焦甜口味，而更加着重体现出咖啡豆的香气与味道。卓越的淡麦香使其具备出类拔萃的畅饮度，其5.8%的温和酒精度、较干的酒体更是一扫咖啡啤酒甜、腻的固有体验。

但貌似天朝给啤酒起名字的水平要远远超过其他国家了，本人服而信！

2021-02-26 18:07:46 后来二战后火了，小比说，嘿嘿嘿，咱们垄断吧，一起发财！

几个修道院联合在了一起，叫做特拉普联盟(Trappist)。

但是也不全和谐，有的修道院管自己家酒叫做单料(Single)、双料(Double)、三料(Triple)、四料(Quadreple)。有的管自己编号6/8/10/12，还有的叫自己红、白、蓝、金、黑啥的。。功课略多。

小比还有一个神奇的地方，叫做谐纳河谷(Zenne valley)，全世界唯一能用空气中野生酵母酿酒的地方，于是他们生产兰比克(Lambic)和各种衍生版本。也就是第三种自然发酵啤酒啦！

兰比克是啥？布鲁塞尔南边一个小村庄名字，兰比克算是他们起源的。其他版本法柔(Faro)、贵兹(Gueuze)啥的也多是地名。

突出特点：野菌带来的酸爽。

他们也有白啤/小麦啤(Witbier)，其他淡色艾尔，金色艾尔，主要区别是比利时酵母特色：有点酯香、有点酚醛香。

但就是修道院啤酒和兰比克两种啤酒，比利时都已经是一个吊炸天的地方了，当之无愧的啤酒王国，要比其他撕逼大战的国家好太多了！

意大利、西班牙、希腊、拉丁美洲说：我也有自己的啤酒！
