The Mica settings is on Deploy - Advanced settings - Application preferences, you can search "Visual Refresh" to filter them.

After enable or disable the settings, click apply, finally click submenu of view XML code, click apply preferences for Office applications.

You may need to restart Office applications for twice to take effect.
