求求非 Docker 老用户们用下面的命令升级呀，命令用不了都不加群问的吗。

（首选 -update true 失败后：）

-sh git pull

-sh python3 -m pip install --upgrade -r requirements.txt

-sh python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

-restart

（update： 给懒鬼们增加了手机端一键复制）
