NO.1 时魔
- B0为参数，代表用户1小时获得魔力值的上限。其中官组和普通种子的 B0 分别为 100, 30
- Wi为第i个种子权重参数，其中，普通种子权重=0.5，官种种子权重=1.5
- 即：时魔分为两部分，官方种子权重1.5-上限100，非官方种子权重0.5-上限30

NO.2 种子认领规则
- 非官种无法认领
- 认领数量上限30调整为60
- 做种人数达10人以上种子无法认领
- 每种认领上限为4人
- 提供清单供用户选择认领
- 后续：可能还会根据类型对种子的认领奖励进行细分，仅限于奖励方面，用户即刻起可直接进行认领

NO.3 盒子规则
- 近期较多用户通过某些方法绕过本站盒子规则，将陆续进行相关修改，请相关用户自查以免影响帐号使用

经管理组认真分析、比对、调查，证实本站WEB组某组员存在盗转HDC资源的嫌疑。鉴于该组员无法提供有力的自辩证据，现处理决定如下：1.对该组员停职；2.删除相关种子同时正式向HDC作出道歉。我们存在对新人管理和资源审核方面的疏忽，对此给贵站贵组造成的困恼致以诚挚的歉意。鉴于本站某组员是位萌新妹子，其出发点也是为了分享，涉及隐私保护，就不直接点名了。
对于盗转行为，本站管理组态度从未改变原则，秉持尊重每一个原创者以及素材资源提供者的精神，一旦发现有违规行为，查证一旦属实，必将严肃处理，也欢迎会员们参与监督，发现违规行为，及时通过管理组信箱进行举报，或发送邮件至 cometochdbits@gmail.com。

（二）岛主附言
本无意与贴吧的无脑黑子做口舌之辨，但此事件因贴吧而起，忍不住在此多说两句：从岛重开近6个年头以来，某瓜就从未“消停”过——对本站的“照顾”，威胁，谩骂 ，挑衅，花样百出，可到头来你如愿达到什么目了吗？你认为把个别组员的错误强行的拉到CHDWEB小组和本站身上来黑就能达到你的目的? CHDWEB小组虽然并不是最好的小组，但也不是你所恶意中伤的只会剽窃他人作品。这么多会员用眼睛看着，不是你一个人在那带带节奏就能弄出什么风浪的，或许你自我感觉良好，不过在我眼里你就是根质量很差的搅屎棍。 从最初的考核怼到现在，废除考核启用HR，你都找不到什么借口来黑了，这次等的够久了吧，两眼好久没放光了吧。继续守着吧，我觉得在你的“激励”下，岛只会越做越好！谢谢您！

最后，我能理解不少因为不小心违规导致账号被封禁或被系统清除存有怨气到贴吧发泄的会员，但是请你们自己想想自己身上的问题：账号保留规则，HR规则公告写的很清楚，为什么不能花点时间好好阅读一下，为何别人的账号好好的，唯独你的账号就被封禁清退了呢？对一些捐赠过站点的会员我也只能表示很遗憾，在你捐赠内已享受了相应的待遇和特权，捐赠期结束了，这些特权自然也就消失了。只要遵守好规则，一样可以愉快的玩下去，但无视规则，导致账号被封禁清退，并以此为由到贴吧去挑事谩骂，甚至让别人当枪使难道就合乎情理了吗？真心的希望各位会员能仔细的阅读本站规则，共同守护，与岛一起成长。 打开/如何

We have experienced an intermittent hardware failure with the primary disk of the Blutopia server which resulted in the server crashing repetitively under normal operation. We are working with our data center partner to replace the faulty hardware. We have a full backup of the site and do not expect any data to be lost. Once the hardware is repaired or we are granted access to a new server, we will be restoring the site from the backup. We are expecting to be able to restore the site soon but we are still waiting on an ETA of the hardware repair. We will post updates as they become available to us.
