Based on the phase of the arrival of the Chinese in Indonesia, the ethnic Chinese in Indonesia are divided into two groups, namely the Peranakan Chinese and the Totok Chinese.
Apart from being based on their socio-economic status, they also have problems with differences that even had friction between fellow Chinese themselves, one of which was the problem of full-blooded and crossbreeds.
