主题：你们常有穷人同你们在一起。（谷14 : 7）
耶稣贵为天主圣子，却以穷人、孤独者、被排斥和被歧视者的名义，接受一位女人把珍贵的香液倒在祂头上（谷14 : 3) 的敬意—— 耶稣自知死亡将至，视她的行动是提早在安葬前为自己死去的遗体敷油。（谷14 : 6）
耶稣今天也提醒我们：
祂是穷人之首，是穷人中最穷的一个，因为祂代表着所有穷人。
