在 DPI（0205）之后，我们的马股终于迎来了另一家油漆相关的公司，Smart Asia Chemical BHD（SMART、0306） ；前者以喷漆为主，后者则是以涂料（“Paints and Coatings”）为主。

该公司的 IPO 价格为 RM0.400，PE 估值则是 14.87 倍左右。

那如果是近期内有装修屋子，或熟悉居家领域的话，对于 SMART 旗下的 Smart Paints、Durra Paints、Toplus 以及 Hunter 品牌，相信都不会陌生；但有一说一，在马来西亚市场具有相似业务的国际品牌如 Nippon Paint、Jotun、Kansai 以及 AkzoNobel Group 旗下的 Dulux，品牌定位肯定更为悠久一些。

话虽如此，但 SMART 接下来感觉还会有不错的成长空间？我们继续看下去...

2024-03-12 10:31:34 CTOS（5301）业务到底有没被影响？

在今天的早盘，我们看到 CTOS 股价一度下跌到接近跌停板的价位，随后在午盘后就急速反弹；那么这里简单的做个总结：

1. 这次的诉讼，CTOS 主要是 “输” 在报告的 "Defamation" 上，法庭判决大约为 RM200,000 左右。

2. 这次法庭只是评论 CTOS 的 Credit Scoring 产品（比如说我们的 CTOS/CCRIS 报告）是不被批准的，但没有下令停止销售该产品。

3. 根据第一手消息，CTOS 的这项产品已经销售超过 10 年，在马来西亚内已经扎根了，而且这项产品一向以来公司都获得多个执法机构的支持。

4. 这些年来，CTOS 一共有 12 次类似的诉讼（这次的是关于没还 Telco 费用的），但是至今为止还未有赔偿的例子。

5. 目前 CTOS 的情况是 Business as Usual（“BAU”），所以业务应该不会有影响，没有基本面影响，公司也会对此进行 Appeal。

6. 假设 Credit Rating Agency（“CRA”）无法给予评分的话，那么对于整个马来西亚的 CRA 都会相当的大。

7. 以公司的整体来说，Credit Product（这次诉讼的课题）占了整体营业额 13.0% ~ 15.0%，所以风险还是被控的。

个人看法是 CTOS 的 Appeal 赢面蛮高的，业务影响也不大，这次下跌个人有去捞一点。 打开/如何
