2021-10-24 00:54:57 ‘Retrospective | unforgettable’

On 20th Oct 2019, Hong Kong police blasted a mosque with water cannon filled with blue irritant. The police claimed their purpose was to "protect the mosque", but the reality was that there were only pedestrians nearby and the protesters were nowhere near the site.

It is believed that the police blasted the mosque because Jeremy Jansen Tam Man-ho, a pro-democracy lawmaker, was standing in front of the mosque. Mohan Chugani, the former chairman of the India Association Hong Kong, was one of the bystander and he was hit too. Ironically, Mohan was one of the speaker of a police-supporting rally on 20th July. Being hit by water cannon, Mohan changed his side and said he does not accept any apology from Chief Executive Carrie Lam over the incident.

The above incident demonstrated how Hongkongers were pushed onto the street. Before 2019, Hongkongers did not pay attention to politics. Witnessing police Brutality and those fake news fabricate by the government, Hongkongers could no longer tolerate. The authority says the national security law only affects a "small group of rioters", but we all know the fate of Hongkongers is only slightly better than the Uyghurs’ but is heading toward that direction.

2019年10月20日，警方透過射水砲保護清真寺(跟據警方係例行記者會所講)。筆者相信警方本身無意射清真寺，只係見到譚文豪企係門口，心諗反正點用武力，都毋須負責任，於是就對住佢亂射，結果射埋清真寺同印度協會前主席毛漢。

毛漢曾於2019年7月20日出席撐警集會《守護香港》，誤中水砲後改為批評警方。依件事係反送中運動嘅縮影，反映左點將原本唔理政治嘅香港人推上街頭抗爭。鄧炳強成日調強，警方嘅執法只針對極少數人，只要你唔好學譚文豪咁搞政治就唔會有事，而毛漢就親身證明左無限制嘅權力有幾可怕。

1957年毛澤東發動反右運動，當時佢都話只針對極少數反革命分子。結果140萬人被貼上「中右分子」嘅標籤，遭到批鬥或迫害。相較當時6億中國人口，140萬的確係極少數。將來面對清算嘅香港人，相信都係極少數。

On the 13rd Oct 2019, a teenager stabbed the neck of a police with a utility knife near a underground station.

There were 2 similar cases happening just one week before and after that. But the victims in these 2 cases were protesters instead of police, whom belong to the privileged class.

Two years have passed since then, let's look at the outcome of those cases and how impartial the Hong Kong legal system has become.

On 6th Oct, a taxi driver crashed into a crowd of protesters on purpose. The taxi deriver was severely injured due to rue crowd taking justice in their own hands, and received a donation of 500k HKD (47k GBP) from the government supporters. Ted Hui, a lawmaker in Hong Kong, sued the taxi deriver under private prosecution, but the Secretary of Justice of Hong Kong employed her authority to withdraw prosecution.

On 20th Oct, a Chinese man attacked a teenager next to a Lennon Wall with a shape knife. The youth was seriously wounded. The Chinese man was charged for “wounding or striking with intent to do grievous bodily harm”, and sentenced to prison for 6 years and 4 months.

For the youth who stabbed the police, he was charged with "attempted murder" and facing life sentence.

2019年10月13日，一名學生於觀塘站外以𠝹刀刺向警員頸部。咁岩係一星期前同一星期後，各有一單示威者受襲案。

10月6日，的士司機鄭國泉於深水埗畜意撞向人群，導致一名少女斷腳。事後鄭國泉收到建制人士50多萬元捐款。立法會議員許智峯提私人檢控告鄭國泉，律政司強行撤銷該私人檢控。

10月20日，一名青年於大埔連儂隧道派傳單，突然被一個中國男人以利刀襲擊，青年被割頸劏肚，重傷倒地，肚破腸流。後來中國男有意圖而傷人罪罪成，監禁6年4個月。
而刺警案中，受襲警員送院時清醒。該學生起初被控傷人罪，後改控企圖謀殺，如定罪好可能判處終身監禁。
