Another solo miner extracted a bitcoin blockAccording to CKPool administrator
Con Kolivas, on April 27, a solo miner with 60 TH/s equipment capacity included a
block number 733,739 in the bitcoin blockchain. According to him, the lucky guy joined the pool about a month ago. Interestingly,
the chance of mining a block with that kind of hardware power is less than 1 in 20,000. The reward (minus the network commission) was 6,229 BTC - about
$247,340 at the time of writing.
