The will must be attested by two witnesses.
这里要注意，一般只有“见证”这个含义的时候，attest不用加to, 也就是说是transitive verb, 否则都是intransitive verb, 例如
The commission demands that Chief Financial Officers personally attest to the accuracy of their financial statements.
