Some key informations extracted from Quarter Report

- Normalizing demand + vaccination rollout at global scale lead to lower sales volume (YoY 33% lower) and ASPs
- Falling of ASPs were not matched by reduction in raw material prices
- Average natural latex concentrate prices YoY 29% higher (RM 5.73/kg for FY2021), while average nitrile latex prices YoY 106% higher (USD 2.11/kg for FY2021)
- Raw materials price trended downward in FY2021 Q4 but not rapidly enough to offset falling of ASPs
- Finding imposed by US CBP impacted sales volume and profit (Lifted at 10 Sep 2021)
- 10 days EMCO at Selangor which didn't allow glove industry to operate, involved 50% of Top Glove's factories
- Subsequent round of MCO on affected facilities were only permitted to operate at 60% capacity
- Output reduction decrease utilisation rate, driving costs upwards

2021-09-17 05:27:47 随着我国疫苗覆盖率越来越高接近60%左右，我国政府也开始各种经济复苏计划，而对于股票市场也是提前反应，陆陆续续有资金流入复苏领域如建筑，消费，钢铁，房地产等等。

而今天J.Bull为大家分享的就是有房地产白武士之称的房地产公司，在今年3月通过借壳上市的NCT（之前的GRANFLO）。

NCT有此之称是因为他们主要收购被建筑商遗弃的工程，之后再重新设计，建筑和销售。不懂大家是否有经历过买新房的风险就是发展商建到一半跑路，也就是说付了头期，银行贷款批准后，我们就需要开始还利息，直到建到当时购买的房子，就开始还Installment，但假如发展商建到一半跑路，购屋者是需要无限期的还利息，所以发展商的声誉是蛮重要。

NCT房地产白武士就是通过收购这些遗弃工程，与这些购屋者洽谈合理价格向他们购买，或者是补贴差额获得NCT新造的房屋，这些购屋者就会松一口气，无论是选哪一个选择，对被遗弃的购屋者来说都是好消息。除此之外，州政府是蛮喜欢这类型的公司，因为遗弃的工程有辱市容，对于一个城市和城镇的发展是一颗绊脚石。
而NCT此业务是自2000年开始，至此已经有大概21年经验，而当时NCT成功地将位于SELANGOR的雪邦废弃项目LA COTTAGE通过整改，建设和竣工完成，因而获得“房地产白武士”之荣誉。

2021-09-16 10:06:15 【亚航集团有可能会在明年1月初，正式被归类为PN17公司。】

浮罗交怡旅游业重启，为航空业带来乐观情绪，惟券商仅看好大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主板交通和物流股）前景。

至于亚航集团（AIRASIA，5099，主板消费股），则因可能尝不到甜头，而遭券商喊减持联昌国际投行研究分析员，对大马机场维持“增持”评级，目标价定在6.96令吉；对于亚航集团，则维持“减持”评级，目标价也定在23仙。

分析员也提醒，若亚航集团无法将股东权益由负转正，或马交所没有延长豁免期，亚航集团有可能会在明年1月初，正式被归类为PN17公司。

财政部长指示银行与金融机构着手处理新一轮的延缓还贷免息计划，料将降低我国银行领域约5%净利。

惟考虑到这仅是一次性的损失，而且在损失5%净利后，我国银行仍有望录得双位数的盈利增长，分析员们依然看好此领域前景，持续给予“增持”评级。其中，大华继显研究分析员更认为，银行股因上述消息导致股价走软，反是趁机捞底的时刻。

财政部长东姑扎夫鲁与周二宣布，今年第4季新一轮的延缓还贷免息计划，对B50群体免利息3个月，这个突如其来的惊吓，导致银行股午盘后纷纷大跌。

2021-09-15 09:46:14 The average Malaysian would have to work for 30.3 days to afford the iPhone 13 Pro (assuming they spend all the earned money), according to international e-commerce company providing discount coupons for online stores.

In a poll released yesterday, the firm said that in Malaysia, the official price of the basic iPhone 13 Pro (128 GB) will amount to RM4,899.

Citing crowd-sourced global database Numbeo’s data, the poll said the average wage in Malaysia is RM3,399.17.

It said the iPhone Index in previous years were: (for malaysian)
2018 — 41.3 days
2019 — 30.1 days
2020 — 29.1 days
2021 — 30.3 days

2021-09-15 05:39:39 Magni-Tech Industries Bhd’s net profit for the first quarter ended July 31, 2021 (1QFY21) fell 21.34% to RM21.05 million from RM26.76 million a year earlier, due to higher cost of sales coupled with the adverse effects of the lockdown.

Earnings per share declined to 4.86 sen from 6.17 sen, the garment manufacturer’s filing with Bursa Malaysia showed.

Revenue was up 4.7% to RM305.57 million from RM291.99 million in 1QFY20, on higher sales order for garments.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, net profit dropped 31.3% from RM30.62 million in 4QFY20 while revenue rose by a marginal 2.7% from RM297.54 million, supported by an increase in garment revenue.

Magni-Tech did not declare any dividend in the quarter.

Besides garments, the group also manufactures flexible plastic packaging goods and corrugated cartons. The garment segment accounted for 92.6% and 98% of its revenue and profit, the group said.
