2021-09-09 05:58:22 "福布斯亚洲最新出炉的“2021年10亿美元以下200强企业”（Best Under A Billion）名单中，我国今年共有11家企业上榜，不过比去年的16家来得少。
根据福布斯官网文告，由于全球普遍冠病疫情威胁，因此，今年入榜关键就在于各企业展现的韧性；入围条件是年营收需介于1000万到10亿美元（约4157万到41.58亿令吉）。

这个排行榜是根据企业在销售、盈利增长、债务水平和企业监管方面的综合实力来排名；福布斯亚洲是用截至上月12日，累积一年的数据。
“他们稳健的财务数据，反映了这些公司在全球疫情中的应对情况。”

大马1入榜者市值破20亿美元
根据排行榜，我国今年其他拿下200强的企业中，市值最大的是伟特机构（VITROX，0097，主板科技股），达21.13亿美元（约87.85亿令吉），是唯一突破20亿美元（约83.16亿令吉）大关的大马企业。

2021-09-08 09:49:56 More solar engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contracts are expected to be awarded to contractors for the fourth cycle of the large-scale solar programme (LSS4) by this year-end.

According to RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research), this came after the announcement of LSS4 contract awards totalling 830.06MW to 30 players in March, according to RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research).

Analyst Sean Lim said there has been no word on the next round of LSS tenders and expected the solar capacity to further expand with more capacity rolled out at the soonest by the end of this year.

"Tariff rates may also continue to be under pressure, with more new players venturing into this space and intensifying competition within this segment," he said in a research note today.

2021-09-08 05:57:56 在科技领域里面的 “股王” 之一 UWC 在今天公布了他们 FY 2021 Q4 的业绩；其中投资者最为关注的就是公司已经连续两个季度没有按季（“QoQ”）的盈利增长了。那么展望未来，UWC 还能不能够维持他们过去的高速增长的表现呢？

我们今天就一起来看看公司在该季度中的季报重点：

首先，以营运状况的角度来看呢（公司在该季度是包含了 5、6、7 月份的财务表现），UWC 从 MCO 3.0 开始就遇到了运输的问题，并且也在 6 月份的时候只能以 60% 的产能运作，直到 06/07/2021 为止；而在 07/07/2021 到 19/08/2021 就恢复到了 80% 的产能运作。

以目前啊来说，公司在完成了 2 天的 PIKAS 疫苗接种计划后，80% 的员工都已经接种了 2 剂疫苗，当前公司已经可以以 100% 的产能运作了，预计这一点会反映在下个季度上。

若按年来看呢，公司的营业额仍然是有所增长的，并且在该季度中营业额主要都是来自于半导体业务和生命科学业务（分别占了 66.0% 和 26.0% 的营业额）；我们也看到公司的重工业业务在该季度只是贡献了少于 RM 1.0 Million 的营业额，占比则是在 1.33% 左右而已。

而按季比较之下，公司的营业额也有 10.92% 的下调；这主要是在该季度中半导体业务面临了运输方面的问题（由于近期来集装箱价格暴涨，看来 UWC 还在和客户讨论成本转移的问题）、MCO 导致公司的产能下滑、和重工业业务的营业额下滑所致的。

UWC 在利润方面 – 指的是经营利润和净利均因为相同的因素下滑（按年的话则是上涨），不过公司的股息收入在这期间有所增加，降低了营业额下滑带来的影响。

该股息收入的占比对营业额来说非常小。

但无论如何，UWC 仍然能够保持 30.0% 的净利率，这也主要是公司逐渐转移到较高赚幅的半导体业务和生命科学所致的。
