According to SCMP, Chairman of HKU Council Arthur Li disclosed that the University has already invited the National Security Department to investigate whether the HKUSU Council has violated the NSL, and will review whether the students involved will be expelled. Yesterday, the HKUSU Council passed a motion in mourning of Leung Kin-fai, who died after alleging stabbing the police on July 1.
