2021-09-01 06:06:49 "上周五，在美联储主席鲍威尔释放鸽派信号后，美股三大指数继续冲高，美国标准普尔500指数创下年内第52个历史新高。

然而，投资者对市场普遍持有谨慎态度。他们担忧：在强劲财报季结束后，美股走势是否已经完全体现美国经济状况？美股涨势是否已经触顶？

以下为投资者需要关注的四大风险：

1）德尔塔病毒的传播
尽管德尔塔病毒正在肆虐各国，但投资者们普遍认为，随着疫苗接种率的上升，病毒有可能会得到抑制。然而，市场担心，德尔塔病毒是否会导致医院再次不堪重负，全球是否再次开始实施经济封锁措施，这可能会打击旅游业等关键行业，甚至影响全球经济复苏。

2）美联储缩债
眼下，如果经济继续稳步增长，美联储可能会加快缩减购债的步伐。近十年来，超低的借贷成本推动更多资金进入股市，也助长了股市走高。然而，缩债可能会导致美债利率上升，对高估值股票来说，并不是一个好消息。投资管理公司Waverton的基金经理Tommy Faber指出，“缩债购债可能会导致美债收益率相应上升，这可能会导致美股受挫。”上周五，美联储主席鲍威尔释放了鸽派信号。他表示，美联储年内缩债是合适的，但缩债不会直接传递加息的时机信号。

3）财报预期过高，高估值难以维持

2021-08-31 10:33:42 Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd (MPI) posted a net profit of RM75.1 million for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2021 (4QFY21), up 53.13% from RM49.05 million a year prior, mainly due to higher revenue across all segments and effective cost management.

Earnings per share rose to 37.85 sen from 25.73 sen previously, the semiconductor manufacturer's bourse filing showed.

Quarterly revenue expanded 32.53% to RM537.34 million, from RM405.45 million in 4QFY20.

MPI attributed the higher revenue to its Asia, US and Europe segments, growing by 25%, 30% and 60% respectively against the corresponding quarter last year.

Meanwhile, compared with the immediate preceding quarter, MPI's 4QFY21 net profit was slightly higher than the RM74.37 million reported for 3QFY21, while revenue also saw a slight increase from RM526.63 million.

For the full year, MPI's net profit grew 77.67% to RM271.82 million, from RM152.99 million in FY20.

基本介绍及主要业务：

海鸥集团创立于1975年，是一个家喻户晓的品牌，公司成功于1996年在大马交易所上市。

海鸥集团是马来西亚经营中国药材、药酒、茶、美容品和保健产品最具规模的集团，同时也是国内第一家挂牌上市的中华传统保健品集团企业。

核心业务包括了批发业务，直销业务，连锁零售业务，制药生产，中医诊疗中心及研发与化验服务。

公司在全国拥有57间海鸥连锁店及特许加盟店，36间直销存货中心，分行和销售点，以及2间符合良好制造规范标准（GMP）的传统药品制药厂。

药、酒、茶是海鸥的三大支柱业务，旗下品牌超过200个（中国成药、药酒、饮料酒、茶叶品牌），下图有例子。

业绩分析：

FYE2021营业额为约RM271.39M，对比FYE2020增长了6.4%，净盈利为RM39.25M，上涨了21.4%。

由于公司持续加强电子商务平台及推出许多诱人的促销活动，Multi Level Marketing（MLM）业务的营业额上扬10%，录得RM172.45M，净盈利上涨4.8%，录得RM33.81M。

以销售传统中药为主的零售业务，营业额下滑2.5%至RM35.80M，净盈利却上涨829.4%至RM1.07M，净盈利能提升的主要原因是公司在成本控制方面下了功夫。
