SFP Tech Holdings Bhd在大马交易所创业板粉墨登场，首开价为60仙，比首次公开募股（IPO）发售价30仙，溢价30仙或100%。

这个一站式综合工程与自动解决方案供应商崛起为马股十大热门股之一。截至早上9时48分，SFP Tech报66.5仙，成交量达1736万股。

SFP Tech指出，通过上市筹集的6223万令吉将主要用于资本开销，包括在槟城科学园（Penang Science Park）建设第三制造厂和购买机器。集团还将利用这笔资金建立设计与开发中心。

Ferrovial Construction Australia和Gamuda Australia Joint Venture（FGJV）已被新南威尔士州（NSW）政府授予13.5亿澳元（9.36亿美元或41.2亿令吉）的设计和施工合同，以交付Coffs Harbour Bypass项目的主要工程包。

科夫斯港绕道项目（Coffs Harbour Bypass）将绕过12组交通信号灯，将太平洋公路 (Pacific Highway) 上的旅行时间缩短12分钟。

FGJV在昨天的一份声明中说，该项目由澳大利亚和新南威尔士州政府 (NSW Governments) 资助，旨在提高安全性，同时确保更可靠的旅行和通勤体验。

EPF一直在出售其在主要电信集团Axiata Group Bhd, Maxis, Digi Bhd的股份，因为围绕着5G在马来西亚的推广存在不确定性。

在过去6个月里，公积金累计出售了4264万股这三家电信公司的股票--2134万股Digi、1620万股Axiata和510万股Maxis。

3月时，Digital Nasional Berhad （DNB）向大马所有9家电信公司献售相等的股权，总计高达70%，不过，大马四大电讯商（Celcom、Digi、Maxis 以及 U Mobile）正在寻求在 Digital Nasional Berhad （DNB）获得多数控制权，超过51%，不过这项要求被政府果断的拒绝。

由于这项提案期限将在6 月 30日截至，随着时间一步步靠近，Axiata Celcom，Maxis和U Mobile，都没什么回应媒体进展状况。因此相信EPF 担心 这项5G计划 推广不利而减持电信集团的股票。

外资大行摩根大通（JP Morgan）再度对手套股下重手， 大砍目标价：
顶级手套（TOPGLOV） 目标价：65仙
贺特佳（HARTA）目标价：2令吉50仙

小摩之前在3月9日的报告中，对顶级手套重申“减持”评级，目标价大砍至99仙。

该行在6月15日将目标价进一步下调34仙或34.34%，至65仙低位，为所有分析员中最低的目标价。

根据分析员平均预测，顶级手套目标价为1令吉11仙。

CTOS Digital Bhd表示，将向RAM Holdings Bhd的所有其余股东提出全面收购献议。

CTOS目前持有RAM 19.23%股权。

根据初步反馈，虽然CTOS可能控有RAM超过51%股权，但预计大部分大股东仍将保留。

CTOS指出: “这将大大保证RAM的独立性和完整性不会受到损害。”

本月初，RAM Holdings股东批准CTOS的要求，解除持股最多20%的上限。

CTOS今日指出，不会参与RAM评级委员会的任何评级相关决定，并且除了提名一人之外，不会对目前的独立董事部作出任何变动。

“CTOS将无权访问RAM的任何数据或信息来源，包括RAM提供服务的公司信息。”

纠缠数年的帝国度假村收购案官司，终于在云顶大马（GENM，4715，主板消费股）和帝国度假村 (Empire Resorts Ltd) 前董事，点头支付1200万美元（约5278万令吉）赔偿后和解收场。

据悉，当年小股东不满以每股9.74美元、以不公平的献购价私有化这家美国赌场，于2019年起诉帝国度假村（Empire Resorts Ltd）、其董事部成员以及控股股东——云顶大马（GENM,4715,主板消费产品服务组）及建发实业III（Kien Huat Realty III）等。
