东尼:时机已成熟 亚航与SuperApp上市纽约

Capital A公司（CAPITALA，5099，主板消费股）有意在明年，把旗下的亚航航空集团和亚航SuperApp推向纽约上市。

他表示，早在今年集团已开始部署上市程序，预计将把两个臂膀拆分上市，其中是旗下的亚航航空集团，预计将在“明年的某个时候”上市，接下来将轮到亚航SuperApp。

东尼费南德斯表示，在疫情这段期间，集团已逐渐转向电子商务和数字业务，因此，亏损的问题已经解决。

虽然集团在今年1月14日，因触发上市条例被列入PN17公司，不过，他坚决地认为，这是一个可以解决的“会计”问题，“未能反映出集团的基本面”。

他认为，集团2022财年第三季和末季的除息税折旧与摊销前盈利（EBITDA），将会呈现正面的表现，而其中也包括租赁等……我对2023年的盈利充满信心，而且相信现金流也将呈现正面。”

RL能源（RL，0219，创业板）宣布，子公司获得大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板能源股）颁发合约，但没透露合约价值。

RL能源周五向交易所报备，持有60%子公司RL Solutions私人有限公司，已在4月18日获得大红花石油旗下的SEA Hibiscus公司，颁发3年合约。

根据合约，RL能源的工作包括提供设备、化学品、技术支持团队，以及实验室设施，为SEA Hibiscus的要求进行实验室测试、研究和专家咨询服务，以提高油井产量。

美国通胀数据公布前，隔夜美国股市大跌，导致大盘市场情绪疲弱，云顶（GENTING,3182,主板消费产品服务组）续遭套利，一度挫31仙或6%，至4.89令吉。

另外云顶主席丹斯里林国泰连续多日脱售该集团股票，累计卖出超过900万股，因为该股的价格超过了5令吉，达到了Covid-19大流行病前的水平，因为疫苗接种的进展导致全球旅游业有望复苏，该大流行病在2020年3月左右开始引起世界关注，受到严重打击。

此前，该集团持股20.3%的制药公司卓睿药业（TauRx）释 出阿兹海默症药物正面消息，推动其股价大幅弹升，延续了国 内外防疫措施放宽以来的涨势。
